Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Europe, with a strong focus on production in Portugal and Spain, using materials sourced locally whenever possible. We work closely with skilled artisans, selecting each production partner based on their expertise, from wood workshops in Portugal to leather specialists in Spain. This approach allows us to combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design, while maintaining a transparent and local production process.

All relevant product information, including dimensions, materials, and packaging size, can be found in the Downloads section on each product page.

My Toma Tray insert won’t come out, how should I handle this?

To remove the insert from your Toma Tray, turn the tray upside down and gently tap on the insert. Ideally, do this over a soft surface to avoid any damage in case it falls.

If the insert remains stuck, try using a piece of tape to grip it, pull gently with a horizontal motion rather than lifting upward.

My product sustained damage. Are spare parts available for purchase?

Yes, spare parts are available for most of our products. Please contact us at support@latr.design with details of the item and the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

The insert for my Toma tray is broken. Can I buy a new one?

Yes, you can purchase a replacement insert for your Toma Tray. Please contact us directly at support@latr.design for assistance with spare parts.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Customer care service is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 16:00 CEST.

We aim to reply to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.

Does latr make custom orders?

Yes, latr accepts custom orders, though availability depends on the quantity and specific requirements. We invite you to contact our team directly to discuss your project in detail so we can tailor the best solution for you.

Please note that custom production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current production schedules. Typically, lead times for custom pieces range from 8 to 20 weeks. We will provide a precise estimate once your request is evaluated.

Can I find latr in physical stores?

No, latr products are currently not available in physical stores. We focus on offering our collections directly through our online platform.

Does latr offer free samples?

Unfortunately latr does not offer free samples.
