Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with Portuguese law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your item within 30 consecutive days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.

2. Conditions for Acceptance

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in perfect condition with no signs of improper use.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Be accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at help@latr.design.
  2. Provide your order number and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. After our confirmation, send the item to the following address: Latr Design, R.Do Instituto Industrial, 18, 2ESQ, 1200-225.

4. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective product, shipping costs associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected at our facilities, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
  • If payment was made via Multibanco, we will request your IBAN to perform a bank transfer.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item damaged during transport or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a 3-year legal warranty (under Portuguese law for movable goods) to request repair, replacement, or a refund. In these specific cases, all collection and reshipping costs will be covered by our store.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity. You can find the updated list at www.consumidor.gov.pt or access the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
