Arco Headphone Stand

Product Story

Adaptable piece

Arco explores the idea of what a headphone stand can become when treated as more than a purely functional object.  The smooth arc gives headphones a natural resting point. When left empty, the shape does the work on its own as an interesting character piece. Clean lines and considered proportions make Arco feel at home in living rooms, desks and anywhere good sound lives.

A stand that stands on its own

"The goal was to design an object that remains visually meaningful even when the headphones are not resting on it. I wanted it to have a clear identity and a noticeable presence, almost like a small contemporary sculpture within a space.

When the headphone stand is not in use, it does not feel incomplete and does not reveal its function too directly. It becomes an autonomous object."

Adaptable

Selected for their texture and adaptability, these materials allow the Arco to fit effortlessly into diverse interiors. Oak and Walnut bring warmth, while the stone versions were selected to offer contrasting qualities. Portuguese Limestone provides subtlety, and Guatemala Marble delivers striking character and presence.

Contrasting materials

The Arco Headphone Stand is crafted from a single solid block. Both wood and stone versions are CNC machined to define the form and proportions, then finished entirely by hand, refining surfaces and edges while letting the natural character of the material remain visible
